We will have dedicated personnel to communicate with you, selecting from a variety of colorful makeup bags or suitcases. After selecting the material and category you want, we will confirm the information about the logo with you. We will quote after getting the customers’ confirmation,or quote directly according to customers’ 3D drawings.
We obtain drawings or samples from customers and draw them, and send our own drawings to customers for confirmation. After confirming the drawings, we make molds or patterns. We will use molds to make real samples and send them to customers for confirmation.
The sample signed and confirmed by the customer, including the product’s function, appearance, effect, etc., is used as a reference sample for mass production. Mass production must strictly follow the confirmed sample! If during the production process of bulk goods, certain features of the product cannot meet the standards of the confirmed sample due to production process limitations, the customer needs to be notified in advance for discussion and modification,
After the customer is satisfied with the pre production samples and signs for confirmation, they can proceed with the production of bulk samples. If the customer needs to make necessary modifications, the pre production samples must be modified based on customer feedback. Both parties need to confirm that there are no issues related to the goods, price, delivery time, etc. that are correct
We will produce the product after receiving confirmation from the customer and confirming that the order is correct. The customer needs to pay a deposit in advance, and it usually takes 15-25 days to produce the bulk order. The specific details need to be communicated at that time.
After the production of bulk goods is completed, a quality inspector will conduct quality inspection on the goods ready for shipment. The goods are controlled piece by piece to ensure 100% quality. After confirmation, they will be packed and ready for shipment.
After the inspection results are qualified and confirmed by the customer, we will communicate with the customer and ship the goods to them after the final payment is settled.

On-time delivery (OTD) is one of the most common metrics for contract manufacturing. We will work hard to control the time of each production step, guarantee the factory’s delivery time, and find some reliable logistics transporters to ensure that the goods are delivered to customers on time and safely.
Depending on your needs, we can deliver at a specific time or even earlier. We will keep a part of the inventory for some classic packaging and luggage, saving a lot of time in sample time, mass production and delivery.
1) Sample time: Basic styles are usually 5-7 days. Batch samples are within 3 days. If the project requires a special color, fabric or style, the time will be longer.
2) Mass production time: Products using stock fabrics are generally 15-25 days after sample approval and receipt of deposit, and special dyed fabric orders are generally 30-40 days.
3) Delivery time: Samples are shipped by international express (DHL, fedex, UPS), which usually takes 5-8 days. For mass production, the transportation methods are sea transportation (20-40 days), air transportation (5-7 days), and small batches of internal express delivery, please refer to the figure.
